Good to know before you get started

How much does UGC content cost?

Our standard package is RM8,000 (excluding SST) for 8 short-form videos and 4 carousel photo sets (minimum 3 photos each). This excludes the cost of props, studio rental & setup, and transport where applicable — these are quoted separately depending on the brief. Need a different volume? Get in touch for a custom quote.

Who creates the content?

Content is produced by our regular UGC creators as well as our in-house content team — whichever suits your brief best.

Can I request a specific influencer for my UGC content?

The standard package uses our regular UGC creators, and doesn't include any specific influencer's talent fee. If you'd like content from a particular influencer, that's an additional charge on top of the package — let us know and we'll quote it separately.

Can I use this content for paid ads?

Yes — UGC content is designed to work well as ad creative, and can also be posted directly on your own organic social channels.

How long does it take to receive the content?

Turnaround depends on the scope of the brief and creator availability — we'll confirm a timeline with you once we understand what you need.

What's the difference between UGC and influencer marketing?

UGC is content created for you to own and use across your own ad accounts and channels. Influencer marketing campaigns are posted on the influencer's own account, to their audience. If you're not sure which fits your goal, get in touch and we can advise.
