Postponements can be rescheduled anytime at no charge.
Studio booking cancellations: 50% of payment is chargeable if cancelled within 12 hours of
the live stream, rising to 80% if cancelled within 3 hours, since the time slot has already been
reserved.
Technical crew or live host cancellations: 50% is chargeable if cancelled within 12 hours,
rising to 100% if cancelled within 1 hour, since their time has already been committed.
