The self-serve version of our influencer marketing service, rebuilt with AI trained on our own playbook — so you can run a campaign yourself, without needing a dedicated account manager.
We're still building this — launching first in Malaysia. Join the waitlist and we'll let you know the moment it's ready.
We actually started as a marketplace. But early on, we found that influencer marketing wasn't as standardised as, say, a normal HR hire — every brief, creator, and campaign had its own quirks. So we became a managed service agency instead, and did the unscalable, hands-on work of running every campaign ourselves.
That's given us years of playbook: how briefs get written, how creators are matched, what makes a campaign succeed or stall. We've since taught that playbook to our AI, and it keeps learning from every campaign we run.
So we're finally bringing Marketplace back — this time with AI handling the repetitive, menial parts that used to need a human, while our team still checks in to make sure it doesn't get things wrong.
We tried self-serve before the market, the technology, and our own data were ready for it. Three things have changed.
When we first tried this, influencer marketing was still a little too foreign — pricing wasn't standardised, and there wasn't enough data yet to know what a fair rate or a good result looked like. Years of campaigns later, we and the wider market finally have the benchmarks to make self-serve reliable.
SME and self-serve clients need real hand-holding — walking through briefs, chasing drafts, answering basic questions. The manpower that attention used to take never justified the cost for smaller accounts. Now AI handles that legwork, which finally makes serving self-serve clients cost-justified.
We've systematically tracked influencer pricing, engagement, audience growth, and location data for a decade. Other platforms can scrape a public profile in seconds — they can't scrape what an influencer actually charges, or how to reach them directly.
Our platform automatically flags whether a KOL's rate is above or below the same-tier average — built on a decade of tracked pricing data.
Marketplace is a new self-serve layer, but it's built on the same platform already running our Managed Service campaigns today.
Marketplace gives you the same influencer marketing engine behind our Managed Service, now with AI doing the legwork that used to need a human.
AI guides you through creating a solid campaign brief, instead of you starting from a blank page.
Get basic content ideas and campaign strategy suggestions to start from, drawn from our own playbook.
AI follows up with KOLs on outstanding drafts and deadlines, so you don't have to chase anyone yourself.
Our team reviews the parts that matter, to make sure the AI hasn't gotten anything wrong.
AI handles the repetitive, menial tasks — creator discovery, campaign setup, and payments still work the same way they do on our platform today.
Brands don't need to build a campaign from scratch. Chat with our AI, and it takes the brief all the way to a finished report, with our team checking in where it matters.
Tell our AI what you're looking for, and it puts together a full campaign brief for you.
AI drafts a proposal from your brief, reviewed and approved by a human before it goes any further.
AI shortlists relevant creators, reaches out to them, and checks their interest in your campaign.
AI puts together content direction for the campaign and disseminates it to the creators involved.
Every draft that comes in is vetted before it goes live, so nothing slips through unchecked.
Once content is live, campaign reports are generated automatically — no manual pulling of numbers.
Because Marketplace runs on far less manpower than a fully managed campaign, it comes at a fraction of the cost of our Managed Service.
Marketplace doesn't replace our Managed Service — it's a self-serve option alongside it, for brands who'd rather run things themselves.
Yes — our platform already supports influencers directly: withdrawing funds, updating their profile, and uploading drafts. What's coming next is the brand side — letting you create briefs and run campaigns yourself, without us managing it end-to-end.
Not entirely. AI takes on the repetitive, menial work — reminding creators about drafts, walking you through brief creation, and suggesting basic ideas and strategy. Our team still checks the parts that matter, to make sure the AI hasn't gotten anything wrong.
We don't have a confirmed date yet. Join the waitlist and we'll notify you as soon as it's ready.
Yes — Marketplace is a self-serve option alongside our existing Managed Service, not a replacement for it. You can continue working with a dedicated account manager as usual.
Malaysia only, for now. That's where the vast majority of our influencer network is — over 10,000 active influencers, and up to 40,000 we could activate. Our Managed Service still covers Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam.
Yes — Marketplace will cost a fraction of our Managed Service. Since AI handles the repetitive work, it runs on far less manpower, and we're passing those savings on to you. Exact pricing hasn't been finalised yet — we'll share full details closer to launch.
