Over three years ago, a dispute arose between SushiVid Sdn. Bhd. and four individuals (Peter Siew, Kathryn See Siew Li, Tun Nor Putry binti Tun Mustafa Kamal, and Muhammad Iqbal bin Khairul Azhar) concerning allegations of unauthorised payments from influencers, unlawful interference with trade, unjust enrichment, dishonest assistance, breach of fiduciary duty and trust, and conspiracy to injure.
Following Day 1 of the proceedings at the Shah Alam High Court (Case ID: BA-22NCvC-466-11/2022), SushiVid reached a settlement with Peter Siew and Kathryn See Siew Li. The settlement includes an agreed payment by Peter Siew and a formal apology issued by him in open court.
The case against Tun Nor Putry binti Tun Mustafa Kamal and Muhammad Iqbal bin Khairul Azhar remains ongoing. In the absence of a settlement, the trial is scheduled for 26 February 2026 at 9:30 AM.
